2. Description of Service
Rutelink provides a digital platform (SaaS) that allows users to create personalized landing pages ("link-in-bio") to share multiple URLs. We offer a Free tier and a premium subscription ("Pro Plan") providing advanced analytics, geotracking, and custom themes.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The Pro Plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party billing provider: Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the respective processor's terms of service. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used billing periods.
4. User Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for the links, text, and images you publish on your Rutelink profile. You agree not to link to illegal, malicious, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
5. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Rutelink. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Rutelink makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rutelink or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profit.
